We strive to promote independence with help available when you need it. Each of our buildings has exceptional care givers to care for residents. Well trained and experienced L.P.N.’s and  caregivers provide services outlined in individual service plans created by our R.N. We understand that you may have existing conditions that may require special skills of a registered nurse. Rest assured that you’re in capable hands at Prairie Ridge Services provided by our on- site R.N. include:      +Diabetic management      +Medication monitoring      +Monthly head-to-toe health checks      +Catheter Care In addition, occupational, physical, and speech therapy services are available on-site as needed.
